I read the sticky(so don't complain about that) and understand that duel core is idea for pcsx2 and so is pixel and vixel shading the link however only cover desktop cards(I have a notebook I use) with the specs as follow(in sig). Is in the requirements. I can upgrade ram though I be better off buy a ps2 though(the computer is mainly use for school and some gaming)

I think so, but you can try Kingdom Hearts or FFX, which should be giving you 30-80 fps.

Hmmm... Your specifications are great for PC games. Though, you're going to have some trouble with PS 2 games, like all of us. It's a matter of time until PS 2 emulation reaches completion. 1 GB ram is enough for PCSX2. Focus on CPU and graphic card, they're the real deal requirements. I suggest upgrading your CPU and graphic card a little more.

I never played the game, I was able before it crash to reach 174 frames per second(before the frame limiter stop it), I attempted it(though probably won't be a while that I can play it on the computer) to play it on the computer because I won it at a party and have no ps2. It crash shorty after the startup. Also I can't upgrade because this is a 13" laptop(beside ram which I can goto 2gb).

You haven't got a PS 2? Well then... You have broken the rules. You need to have a PS 2 to emulate PS 2 games on the PC.

There is nothing in the rule about not having a ps2. Only about asking for bios\iso, which I have not.

Getting a PS2 BIOS besides dumping it from your own PS2 is illegal (Considered piracy.) is not allowed here.

Since you don't have a PS2, where did you get the BIOS?

Well my computer is insane, but it ain't enough to run it completely smoothly. I can get 60fps, but not always. and ure system compared to mine is quite different.... my CPU is overclocked to 3.78GHz currently, and ures is at 1.83GHz... so u do the math,

that would be against the rules. Is that you cpu duel or single core if it single I have a better processor due to the fact that my is a duel(2 processor running a 1.83ghz). I do plan to get a ps2 and I deleted the bios off my comuter (I do have a link though which I don't think that illegal) to redownload once I do(I was only trying for one game). Also I still don't get were that would directly be against the rule mod or similar pm where it says it.
