What this has to do with PCSX2?

The setting changed by PCSX2 has nothing to do with video display. It sounds like you've either reconfigured something in your graphics drivers and have decided to blame it on PCSX2, or your computer has just coincidentally decided to develop a corruption at a bad time.
I would try uninstalling/reinstalling the graphics drivers. Usually this will fix any software related problems.

thats a risk you take by running a program that is not in its final release
sometime you win, sometime you lose

Thats setting your Virtual Memory, it has nothing to do with Video Settings. What operating system are you using and I will give you instructions on how to disable VM, since you think it is causing you problems.

using xp home, and i KNOW whatever setting was changed by pcsx2 HAS to be the issue. I don't have pcsx2 any more, too much hassle, so I just wanna change it back.
I played NFSCarbon @ 10AM. It was fine. @ 11AM I installed Pcsx2, and was asked a ?, hadda logoff. @ 12PM I got it working. @ 3pm i ran NFSCarbon, and had CRAZY graphics corruption. Everything is fine (Viruses, spyware, ECT) and I haven't changed ANY setting except that ONE THING that pcsx2 wanted changed. I'm just lookin for a little HELP, ppl, not a hard time, OK? I REALLY dont wanna have to format and reinstall, takes time, and hassle and I'd rather chill and play games.

i never had any graphic problems with pcsx2 ...
i usually have problems after playing an old favorite dos games ... while waiting for multiplayers (counter strike / frozen throne) ...
go to NVIDIA Control Panel / Catalyst Control Panel ... and then rotate display to any direction (90, 180, 270) and then change it back to 0, its always do the trick for me ... (it resets the Direct 3D in all app).

@JesterDoobie
This thread (http://forums.ngemu.com/pcsx2-official-forum/79674-disable-se_lock_memory-xp-home-sp2.html?highlight=se_lock_memory) contains a program written by Zerofrog (look for his comments) that can be used to set/unset the SE_LOCK_MEMORY policy that PCSX2 modified.
It is a command line program (Start->Run->CMD).

What version of graphics card driver are you using?

Being sarcastic? You could have found the thread yourself if you'd have searched... ;)
