Most of the knowledgable members in this forums claims that GSDX9 doesn't MTGS/DC. However it seems that on my system, even when using GSDX9, checking MTGS and/or DC mode still improves performance in my system.

Can other people verify my observation?

Then this one is about a problem I'm getting specifically on PCSX2.

For some reason, using DC causes something that can be described as an "input" lag, it seems in my observation, the game I'm playing, namely Marvel VS Capcom 2 runs at 50+ FPS on my system. Which is more than enough for good gameplay.

However, for some reason when a lot of stuff is in the game (3+ Characters and lots of 3D Background.) there seems to an issue that causes user input to be delayed by as much as half a second, which means I press up and then half a second later the character jumps.

I'm quite sure that this isn't caused by dropping FPS rates since PCSX2 is still registering 50+ FPS. And this also doesn't happen in a real PS2.

This lag is more prevalent if I change the mipmap settings any less than high quality. For some reason.... >.<

Also disabling the VPU Recover setting from my video card seems to help too. Really wierd.

Lastly, it seemd that I noticed something when loading GSDX9, it seems that PCSX2 (Using GSDX9) will definitely crash on most games if you load PCSX2, then load a game, quit, and then do the same thing again. In MVC2, this happens in the memory card screen.

This is only solved when upon loading PCSX2, change the graphic plugin to ZeroGS, close the plugins configuration, load it again and then change it back to GSDX9. Does anyone have a clue on why this happens?

Also, this issue doesn't happen if you use the TLB version of PCSX2.
