I downloaded it, extracted it. Put the bios in the bios folder. Then I started the .exe and it said it needs to be configured, so I point the thing to the plugins folder, and the bios folder, configure everything. Then I press ok, the screen closes, and then nothing happens.
I then click the .exe again and it says it needs to be configured, and it does the same thing as before.
I have XP Media Center so the VM version should work right? I tried the other one anyways and still nothing. I have a Pentium 4 so the SSE2 should work. As for the rest of the specs, 1.5gb Ram, and an ATI Radeon X300.
So what do I do?

Change OS? :p
Although there's a post that specifies that something could be running on the memory space that PCSX2 VM needs. Find that topic and try the solutions found in there.

Does XP Media Center supported? I recommend you change to Windows XP Pro SP2 if you want to use pcsx2.
