Having problem with PCXS2 and Naruto game...

yes I have one problem in PCSX2 and one in NAruto: Uzumaki Chronicles game

first my PC description:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 4200+ 2.21 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 7600GS (silent) 256Mb
kingstone 1GB ram DDRII

as I think under setting -> CPU .... It should say the setting above but It doesent :/ It's like this (Unkown AMD 64 Processor) anyone know how I fix that .... or this doesent mather If I change it ?

Next problem is that on PCSX2.net webpage under COMPABILITY (for game Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles) says playable !!!

another question ... does it mather what this code is (SLUS 21498)? where I see if my game is the tested one ?

The cpu configuration screen is normal. Nothing to worry about -the X2 just isn't known to the program , but that won't affect you in any way.

Try the ZeroGS plugin and additionally turn on the dual core options under cpu settings (MTGS / DC) as well as any recompilers.

you maybe know why my game is not working ?
I have tryed the PCSX2 on Dragonball Bodukai2 and it wokrs pretty good .... but I still dunno why Naruto is not working ?!

Hmm it should work...you can check if your game version is the same as the one tested by opening your dvd in an explorer window and checking if it has that "SLUSXXXX" file in there.If it doesnt it should have something similar lke SLPMXXXXX or SLESXXXXX where xxxxx are numbers.

It might be trying to play a video and because pcsx2 does not emulate them properly yet,you might need to skip it.Try pressing X or start alot after the logos so you can possibly skip it

The problem you have is just the patch...
take the editor and paste the following text in:

gametitle=Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles
comment= patch by parotaku
//Skip Videos (sceMpegIsEnd)
patch=0,EE,001073a0,word,24020001

save it in the pcsx patches folder...name it 98e28b05.pnach

but i have to say the game isn´t still working well yet... (at my own pc...)

yeah thx guy .... now it's working :D It crashes at tutorial but I can skip it (thank god) ..... yes .... now I want to know how to make my plugin work also with analog ..... cuz I can move naruto only with analog stick witch I don't have on keyboard :/// .... is there any posibility to change that from analog to buttons or be able to configure plugin (that LX RX and LY RY to buttons ?) I'm using that SSSPSX PAD plugin 1.7.0

or if I borrow the joystick from my friend ... would it be able to configure ? with keyborad on that plugin ?

hmm.... youre probably right .... but I think I'll try with joystick first and then I'll invest some money into controller ^^ .... em btw .... withc controller is the best one ? what for one do you havE ?

Im using a logitech rumble pad 2 wireless which is almost identical to a ps2 controller and works fine with sssxpsx pad

use TXT editor like Wordpad .... just make sure you dont save as *.txt or *.doc ...... It must be *.pnach

if u use the padwinkeyb plugin you can emulate the left and right stick with the mousebuttons as long as you dont have a controller and btw where did you get your ps2

Playa of hell do you even have a PS2? You also seem to have the original bios, according to your second picture here (http://forums.ngemu.com/pcsx2-official-forum/89714-pixel-shader-gs-plugin.html#post1143575) (Japan 1.00). You need to own both the game and a Playstation 2 in order to be able to play your game on the emulator; you won't get support here unless you own both.

no i use my friends except he wont let me do the stuff to do to get games on rom or computer then i need to find out how to do that plus i got those stuff somewhere well i'll try to get one because i want support because this is the only website that talks about pcsx2

You have to physically own the console and the game. I don't think borrowing your friend's PS2 counts, as it's not in your procession. And by elsewhere, would that be a torrent? Or Warez? Aren't you aware that illegal methods of obtaining games is prohibited on these forums?

Yes .... you have to own bouth ... I use my pcsx2 ... when my little brother is taking my PS2 to my uncle .... then I'm 1-2 weeks without my PS2 .. so I use then pcsx2 :thumb:

and yes I heard the new naruto game is comming or it's out allready ... and I cant wait that it get's into my store :D ..... hope that with that one there will be no bigger problems playing it on pcsx2 :thumb:
