HP Pavilion Pentium 4 (dual core) 3.2gh
Ram 1GB
Ati Radeon X1300 Pro.

I See a Guy playing the same game, and it was with 30 fps in the game, I only obtains 9.

I was not using the MTGS&DC, but now I am, and seem that he changed a little, but passed of 9 for 13 =_=
