Hi all, I am so new to this program, but it looks promising. I was running the ps2 bios, and the video and sound goes smoothly, but in the menu system, if I select a choice, it would take a few seconds before the cursor moves to select a submenu choice.

Like I press "down" key, and it moves down but only after a few seconds. Is this supposed to happen?

Running dual core AMD 3800+ FX2, 2gigs ram, 160gb hard drive, using onboard nvidia 405 video (but only temporarily as I wait for my new videocard)

And as far as your gamepads are concerned, are they very responsive in game, or is there a lag too?

The videocard is causing the problem , and pcsx2 is not yet complete , so only a few games work at full speed....*and only on really high end machines*....but seaing how the authors do this in they'r free time....it's a greate emu...my gamepad responds preaty smoth...but beacause of my ****y fx5200 video card...the video dosn't go smooth at all... ;((

It's because of the low fps, controls will be "sluggish" since your input takes a while to get processed when the fps are low
