I've got a Celeron D 2.8GHz overclocked up to 3.5, 512MB RAM and an on-board ATI Radeon X200. Will it be possilble to run a game like Echo Night: Beyond with 0.9.2 and such (a lo-fi) system?

The best place to look for this info is the Screenshots thread at the top of the forum. If it's not found in there, then try it and let the rest of us know.

I tried Echo Night Beyond today, it's playable, sorta......
Here's my findings :
Too slow, even on my system, the maximum ingame FPS I got is 14FPS. There are also glitches in both graphics and sound. However, they are an annoyance rather than show stoppers. So it's finishable, but audio doesn't play correctly as well.
Playable? Yes, on your system, unless you like it running at 5FPS, don't.... :)

Generally integrated graphic cards aren't strong enough, you'll need a dedicated one.

Well, i can tell you this much--I used to have a P4 3.6GHz and it was overclocked at 4.3Ghz and i can barely feel the differences between 3.6Ghz and 4.3Ghz...so don't expect a Pentium 4 or a Celeron CPU to reach 40 fps when fighting enemies..
