I have tried disgaea, la pucelle tatics, makai kingdom, and phantom brave and all those games have given but the bare minimal of problems. I have tried to play multiple fighting games and other rpgs like alteir iris but none seem to work. They are either slow, glicthy and most of the time both

Is it because my laptop is out of date or is it because im using a laptop instead of a desktop?

I dont know how to show my specs so if any one responds can they tell how to access them it would be appreciated

Well without knowing your system specs it is hard to know what your using. Download CPU-Z to find out info on your RAM and CPU, for your GFX card right click on the desktop, click the settings tab, click advanced then click the adapter tab. Your card will be listed there.

Also post your plugin settings.

However it is most likely due to poor system specs as laptops generally don't perform as well as desktops, and you your self said your laptop is outdated.

Okay thx for the help i have An ATI RADEON CARD 200M.
After using CPU-Z it showed this:

My processor is a AMD Turion 64.
It also showed these letters i noticed on the pcxs2 cpu setup:
MMX, 3dNow, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, and x86-64

It showed nothing about my RAM but it showed my core speed going at 1989.5 MHz. Is that good and what kind of games will this laptop be good with besides these games:
Disgaea: Sometimes laggy on effects
La Pucelle: Same
Makai Kingdom: Same
Phantom Brave: Same

Ive used both zero and the other graphic card but most games still play the same. Is there anyway to speed up the games i have and is it possible to play psx roms on pcxs2?

i don't have these games, but when you have FFX i can tell you that ~15-20FPS in intro is normal with your machine

ive tried running 2d games like alien hominid and marvel vs capcom but alien hominid just lagged at the behemot sign and marvel versus capcom 2 was just glicthy characters and slow.

Primarily your processor is slow, try changing it's processor, I recently just changed my processor from a Sempron 3000 to an Athlon64 X2, and it made MVC2, CVS2, as well as most other 2D games at 90% full speed or more.

As for glitchly graphics, I think it's your video card, which you can do anything about it since it's a laptop. I have a Radeon X550 and MVC2 has no graphic glitches at all. I have some screenshots at the screenshot thread.
