Pixel Shader Missing

Last night i cleaned up my pc and installed everything new.... before formating i had pixelshader and now it is completely missing in GSDX9.... Is my prob connected to SP2 that i have not installed yet? Pls help me :/ I already installed DX9 and the Drivers...

that is strange...install Rivatuner and force pixel shader on....
i can't think of anithing else to do right now...
and reinstall the emu...

btw...what video card is it? and what driver you installed?
