Help!

So here I've been bashing my head against the table for the better part of three hours while playing cracked and hacked versions of Mario Bros. for my Nintendo emulator while trying to figure out what the hell is wrong with my new laptop. You see, I downloaded ePSXe just a while ago, intent on finding Res 2 and maybe even Final Fantasy 8. But every time I try to open the emulator file I keep getting a message informing me that the burutter.dll can't be detected. I know it's there, I've seen it. It says to reinstall it but I don't know what IT is. I'm ignorant when it comes to the whole technological aspect so here I am throwing myself at the mercy of the seasoned veterans. I'm a gamer, I just want to play games. Can someone help me resolve this issue before I download another hacked version of Mario?

1. Don't ever mention finding games. If you play it on an emulator its because you own a legit copy of the game.

2. Google burutter.dll, download and place it in your epsxe folder and if that doesnt work place it in your windows\system and windows\system32 folders.
