Hey, Where do you add the -noauto command?

I'm playing Crono Cross and I've seen reccomendations to put the -noauto command line in to make it run better but me, being the dunce I am, don't have a clue where to put it. Any help?

It is not to make it running better, it is to make it working and only on ePSXe 1.6.0,
on other versions of ePSXe and other PSX emulators Chrono Cross is running normally.

When you want to enable switch make a shortcut to the emulator and in the target window
add the space and the switch (eg. "C:\ePSXe\ePSXe.exe" -noauto).
