PCSX graphics problem

So i put PCSX on my modded-xbox as i did a few of my friends as well. My friend played Chrono Cross on his xbox just fine, then i tried to play it on mine and have weird graphics problems. Right from the beginning when you can enter your name not letters show up, and it freezes every time you enter a battle. Any ideas on why it would run on his and not on mine would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I also noticed under certain graphics filters the game wont run at all dont know if that helps at all, msg me if you know anything

We can't help you. pcsxbox is illegal, because you need the hacked SDK (or something similar).

not something similar, that's exactly what it is :p the only way to use PCSX is to hack the SDK which is (maybe not so obviously) illegal.
