hello friends my display is crappy

hello friends i tried psx 1.8 just for fun coz i needed to have some change from epsxe but my display looks crappy both in windowed and fulscreen mode see da screen shots and sugggest a solution

well my bios scph 1001
my system specs
amd athlon 3000+:bow:
512 mb ram
nvidia geforce 44o video card

ps:epsxe runs beautifullly with no problems

Well as far as i heard/saw it looks like pSX 1.8 isn't like epsxe plugin based and also not about enhancing the ame in any way. It's "just" a Playstation emulator wich let's you play games without having to configure them or anything. Just load the iso or the game and play it as you would do on a normal Playstation. Ok you do have Savegame-support and some small improvements, but that's all. I like using it cause i plug my tv to my laptop and play with my gamepad on the tv, without having to configure anything.

It is probably because you are not used to software rendering, you have been using hardware plugins in ePSXe, right?

well maybe it looks crappy because you're playing at 320x240. turn up the resolution.

husy pusy and shendo u both are right yeah i am used to see beautifull graphics of epsxe and yeah i tried 320*240 in da other emulatore and display looks choopy looks like i have to up da resolution anyways thanks for da replies
