Where Do I Select A Game From On The Menu?

whenever I go to pcsx screen i cant find the games and when i finally do click what I think is the game It stays on loading forever. so what i am asking is what is the name of that file?

retype your post in halfway decent grammar and spelling (all lowercase is ok, all caps is not) and you should actually state what game you're trying to play and be a little more specific than "all i get whenever i click anything".
