Can anyone tell where can I download PS2 plugin GSdx9 0.8 with pixel shader 1.4.

why? GSDX9 0.9 had pixel shader 1.4, besides if you did get it, you would have to use PCSX2 0.8.1 due to the plugin spec changes in PCSX2 0.9

well alpha 3 works on this if its any use

you dont have to have an EXACT config that youve seen on here. 0.9 isnt greatly different from 0.8, so you really wouldnt benifit from having an older version.

you should already have them, except the last one should be what bios you already have. If you dont have one i suggest you dump it from your ps2 ;)

What part did you miss? You need to dump the BIOS from your PS2.
