no memory card found

i tried using the same memory card file as epsxe but still when i try loading my games it will not work. does anyone have a empty memory card file for PSX

When you click the little button to find the memory card directory you want to use, if you don't click an already existing memory card, and just type in a new name and hit "open" it'll create a brand new one for you. . .
