is there any open GL for pcsx2

is there is there any Open GL plugins that actually work with pcsx2 that have a config to where i can speed up the frames per second or is there a way to get it to run more msoothly on my graphics card cuz i have a 6800 XT geforce and the game runs slow ff10 is there a way it can run a lil smoother or do they still need to work at the emulation process

Well, the only plugins (that I am aware of) are to render in 'software' and 'Open GL'; the latter entailing the use of pixel shading (between SM1.4 up to SM3.0). But, the speed is as it is due to the current state of the emulator, so there isn't anything you can do at this moment.

The emu has progressed ALOT, so with a little patience, the day will come.

i got emulator because i needed to play ps2 games on my pc since my mom uses my ps2 quite often for movies

Oh, I think Pete abandomed emulation since Peops team released SPU2 1.4.0. Too bad, cuz Pete seems to be the most talented plugin writter. Correct me if I'm wrong? (If he's still active...)
