Is there any plugin out there for the PS2 Network Adapter and or the PS2 Harddrive? ... maybe a partitioning tool for my pc harddrive?
Also can i possibly mix save files with my physical ps2 ?? ... possible?

Dev9 hardware is not supported at this time. No guarantees for the future either.;)

as we mentioned some time ago in other thread... support for PS2 HDD is quite uselless, as for N/A... that's something realy different, maybe in future (or something simmilar to kaillera plugin ;) )

no, since I think only game that heavilly uses HDD is Final Fantasy XI, and everything else can be run from isos (games, apps - yeah you can store those on PS2 HDD) there's no use of it ;)

I understand that, but I think it would be good they could emulate as much as they possibly can of the PS2 and its perpherals. Obviously they have much more important things to work on at this stage.

yeah but... hdd in PS2 is used to help it's CDVD survive as long as it can, to improve loading times... and that's all :D
