Seeing how this emu has not been updated in ages, (aka it's dead) shouldn't the author help the community by giving out the source? I mean if he did, we could soon have a working xbox emu. Thanks and I hope you consider this.:)

You could take a look at the official website and get in direct contact with the author and send him your request. He might consider it, or he might get annoyed.
