Burning a .CDI Image for DC

hello, i was wondering if anyone could tell me how i can burn my .cdi image to a disc so i can play it on DC. i downloaded the Soul Calibur[US] torrent from *meh* and i cant figure out how to burn it. the description said it is a selfboot game, so that was good. but the image, once extracted is one whole DC image, a .CDI file, but it is 765MB and it will most certainly not fit on a regular CD and DC dont read DVDs. so how do i burn it? is there some kind of tool that will shrink the CDI so it will fit on a CD?
