sound problem in game

hi im having sound problems with my games anytime somone in the game speaks it makes this werid sound and when they stop talking it gose away

SPU2 emulation and PCSX2 in general (I assume PCSX2 / PEOPS SPU2 plugin, as you have given no details) is incomplete and many games have audio issues, there is nothing that can be done about this until the plugin and emulator have been worked on further and a new release made.
