Major Stutter

In most of my games the music is very choppy and the graphics are hideous. Are the crude graphics avoidable? Can someone give me the best SPU and GPU names and there setting for best prtformance please? it would help me alot.

Of course... use any of the HW plugin (Pete's D3D/OGL or Lewpy's if you have a Voodoo card).

What's your hardware specs, btw?
