Possible to increase frame/s?

Well, im testing FFX on PC and cannot make more then 0.05 frame/s and i see that on the pcsx2.net that's possible to get 6-14 frames. So what i asking for is a way to increase my frames? - can the bios have effect on it? too weak a comp?

3- most likely your machine
4- those shots are from v0.9 which is not released
