Using PEC with the emulator

i was wondering how to use pec with the emulator, i opened PEC, and it says to do something with the graphics plugin i did all that, then when i send code to plugin, it succeeds then says open rom, when i try to open the rom i want it gives an error message, and then closes. so far its only doing it to rpg maker. if sum1 can tell me how to fix this problem i would greatly appreciate it!

Umm the forum rules say nothing about asking for help on getting PEC to work with ePSXe....

so far its only doing it to rpg maker cuz its the only one i have so far, im downloading tomb raider right now

From the rules:
