Please help me, I don't know how to save

I don't know how to save. I've got the psxeven 0.19. I don't know what do I have to do to save, I'm playing final fantasy 7, and I've been saving inside the game, but I want to save like in Epsxe, for example during a battle, but I don't know how to do it. Please answer, thanks!

it's exactly the same ;)

from the readme:
>> HOTKEY FUNCTIONS <<

F1 - Save state, ("PSXeven\states") needs to exist.
F2 - Select savestate slot. (1-5)
F3 - Load state from current slot.
F8 - Create snapshot, ("PSXeven\snap") directory needs to exist.
ESC - Pause/Continue current game.

Sorry but i didn't understand. I tryed it but it didn't work, I don't know what you mean with Psxeven/snap, and Psxeven/states. Where do i have to look to find it?? Thanks

when you unzip the PSXeven zip file it should automatically be created, so you needn't worry about it.

MMM, I don't get it. I tryed, but it didn't worked. While I was playing I pressed F1 but it didn't save. I really don't get it. Please explain it to my, the hole thing. Thanks.

you unzipped the folder, right?

inside the PSXeven folder is there a folder called "states" ?

no, it wasn't there. but i've downloaded 2 times already and it doesn't appear. I'm gonna download it again, thanks

you do know that you can manually create folders inside of other folders, right..?

Everything comes with the emulator, and all i do is hit a key and it saves just like that or you can save within the game.
