Cheatmaster, I have looked everywhere for a save for kingdom hearts that is right after the boss fight in traverse town my game hangs in the little dialog right after the cutscene after you kill the boss. any chance you have a save that is close to this point but not before it? Or anyone for that matter

Are you talking about the freeze in the jungle after the boss in the tent?
Which pcsx2 version are you using(this is really old bug and it's fixed long ago)

Its not the deep jungle bug its really close to the start of the game the 1st boss in traverse town i have looked everywhere for a fix and only found a few people with the same problem as me. i am using the newest beta version but ya i have the NTSC version i think here is my memory card.

It is freezing up after you kill the boss and after the cutscene, should only take a few mins to play up to the point im talking about. its the boss right after Sora meets Donald and Goofy.

Ok I'll beat the boss and save at the first possible place but it may not be really soon(after this post)because I played that game a couple of years ago and I almost don't remember it.

um i don't really know how to convert saves to the pcsx2 memory cards and i want the final fantasy x save
(well acually i want 2 of them) one of them is from the PlayStation2 Max Drive Save (North America) the one with the 4:42 into game at Besaid with the "tricked out" sphere grid and the other one is from PlayStation2 SharkPort 2 Save (North America) (the first one) oh and i need it to be in the mcd001.ps2, every time i try it doesn't work, and im not using a iso file, im using the actual disk Final Fantasy X, which is in my dvd drive, oh and i want to ask, how do you mod the saves in the memory card in the pcsx2, it is final fantasy x, and i want to use to ffxed thing and i dont know how to use it and put it into the memory card, and i already tried to put the saves into the memory card but it only does either 1.) load the game from my dvd drive or 2.) does nothing and leaves the screen black, so please help

The game have 3 versions,which one do you have?
Inside the disk/image you'll find one of those files

SLPS_254.53 - NTSC-J
SLUS_208.36 - NTSC
SLES_534.05 - PAL

BTW there are only 3 saves for that game(2 for NTSC and 1 for PAL)
After you find which version you have,if you have the NTSC version choose which save you want and tell me so I can put it into pcsx2 card

ntcs for dbz budokai 3. Btw do you also have a dragoball z budokai AF save game ntcs its a mod version of budokai 3 cheat master.

AF is the same game but with some more characters(I don't remember if they are added or are they replacing existing characters)
I think save for the original version will work fine on the AF version and you'll get all characters.

Yup CheatMAster, A save at the beggining of the game but with cheats. The S***_***.** is SCES_504.90

The cheats id like to be put are:
Max Gil
Tidus Max Stats
Auron Max Stats
Break Damage Limit (everyone)
Lots Of AP (eveyone)

or only the Max Gil and tidus and Auron stats. .

Will the be possible? and it wont crash the game.

Save: bout the save is after the first ever battle of tidus.

Here,I imported the data from my International version to PAL save.

I need to mention 3 things:

1.Since I cleared that game at least 3 or 4 times,normal battles become boring and because of my overpowered characters,it's even more boring so I use weapon on Tadus with the "No Encounters" skill added(to not wonder why you are not encountering any battles)

2.Yuna don't have any summons...I prefer to get them during the story

3.You have 2 special items that appear as Potion in the items screen(you have potions in 2 slots...firs and second are the special items and the other one couple of pages below is the real potion).
You must NOT sort your items(you can sort your key items and weapons but not the normal items)if you don't want to loose those two custom items.

The first item is "Zanmato" - the Yujimbo skill that kill any enemy(including bosses)
The second item is "Summon" - you can summon Aeons with any character(not just with Juna)but just to be safe,avoid using it when Yuna is not in your party.

The save(this save)can't crash the game,if the game crash at some point,it's not because of the save

Cheatmaster i need a quick help. I reformated my Pc [windows 7 core i 7 gt9800 nvida] i reformated drive C. Then when i fix everything then the pcsx2 went heywire.


pcsx2.exe-Entry point not found

the procedure entry point_invalid_parameter_noinfo_noreturn could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR100.dll


but i downloaded the msvr100.dll and extracted it at system32 folder

but its still doing this.


Got any solutions?

I dont have any idea how to fix it.

Probably the save you are trying is not for your version or you didn't import the save into the pcsx2 memory card correctly(or you didn't load the correct card)

I downloaded Mcd001.ps2 from here and copy pasted it to the folder and when i tried running the game it said no profile found. what i needed was saved data for s vs r 2006 where everything would be unlocked.

hello guys , i've been trying it out , but im macintosh user , and im running 0.9.7 for snow leopard , dual core system 2.7ghz 4 gb ram .
i asked a friend to use the the ps2 save builder , to create me the folder with the name BASLUS_20184 , that was the ID at least from the save i got from Gamefaqs , and he opened the save on the ps2 Save program , and it extract all the files into the folder . then he created a ISO from that file , he sent me the ISO file with the content data .
i open my PCsx 2 097 , went to the linuz config , and added there the ISO file , say ok 2 times , then FILE , when i press into RUN ELF FILE , ISO image... is not available i just find there CDVD Plugin or No Disc , i tryed with both .. black window open , but nothing happens , and i would really like that save here working , im gonna add here the link , with the SAVE.ISO and the folder BASLUS_20184 , i would love if someone could help me out creating the dam memory card with the content on it , since major part of you are doing it , i would apreciate that help :)

btw the file i downloaded from gamefaqs is a .CBS file , and its from north american region , the bios im using is the following USA v01.60(07/02/2002) Console (SCPH),
I,ve tryed with outher regions as well , the same happened,

i apreciate once again who can make me the memory card for i can put inside the memory card folder.

Saves are only from where to start and what to have,not with unlimited something...that's cheating and saves don't keep such thing
Better ask here for pnach because memory card save won't help you with this

Bitech,this guide was create way before mymc even existed and I doubt someone is actually using it.The thread become long ago "saves request"

And btw if you ask me(no offense if you actually reading this squall4226) my guide looks way more simple compared to the other mymc guide.

My setup here to fill a save request with using mymc,includes 3 steps.
1.Download the save
2.Double click on a bat file
3.Upload the memory card

I doubt someone will do it...there are more than 50 saves there.The downloading part is easy but converting them to PAL is A LOT of work.

Rather that requesting so much saves,better download this (http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-FFXED-Final-Fantasy-X-Save-Editor) FFX save editor and edit your save.There are also coordinates to continue the game by editing your save.

The whole converting process involves downloading or using your PAL save,using this save editor,importing the info from the NTSC save into the PAL save,saving as different slot and different name and when you finish converting all of those more than 50 saves,import them into pcsx2 memory card by using mymc

Converting every save will need at least minute or two of careful converting and saving.

I have the 0.9.7 version of pcsx2 and i believe it has different settings.. how should i put the settings on "Emulation Settings" to make the ELF file run correctly? It loads, but it says "failure to load LAUNCHELF.cnf"

The game have 3 versions,which one do you have?
Inside the disk/image you'll find one of those files

SLPS_254.53 - NTSC-J
SLUS_208.36 - NTSC
SLES_534.05 - PAL

BTW there are only 3 saves for that game(2 for NTSC and 1 for PAL)
After you find which version you have,if you have the NTSC version choose which save you want and tell me so I can put it into pcsx2 card

Why not any saves from Gamefaqs are working for GTA san andreas? i tried to transfer by mymc, game don't take these saves. I saw post similar, Cheatmaster solved it. Cheatmaster can you help me about it?
offtopic, want to ask, is there any setting so i can get rid of ghost imaging in GTA san andreas? It looks very good than ps2 in my computer but ghost images just make it bad. its like mirror of around buildings and stuff.

You are either doing something wrong,trying to use save that is not for your version or the save you are trying is damaged.

And about your problem,this usually happens when you use custom resolution to increase the quality.
Try using scaling modes instead of custom resolution or/and increase the skip draw from GSdx settings located in the GSdx.ini in the inis directory(this option is hidden and to enable it,you have to add this line(or if you already have it,change the value to 1)
allowHacks=1)

Its PAL version. file name=SLES_525.41.wow when i set 5 in skip draw, it don't change anything, as i set to 6, problem solved lol, i did 8 for no ghost image at all. nice.

I just know possible fixes for such problems(this is because of the resolution)by reading posts...I don't use pcsx2 to play games on it nor I use anything higher than native to experience such problems and then search for solution

There are two PAL versions of the game and since you didn't specify which exactly you have,I'm posting two saves in one card
DBZ B3 CE (collector edition) - 100% complete: 100% capsules, characters, maps, BGM, movies and all 4 new characters unlocked too in dragon arena
And
The savegame has:- all characters (in DU-mode all characters are souped-up)- all capsules- all stages- all difficulty levels (very easy to Z3)- all features unlocked

jason29 I think this game(or ratter mymc)have some kind of problem with importing saves into pcsx2 card.
If you can use mymc and have some save of that game(just starting the game and then save also works)try open the card with mymc,export the save,delete it by selecting it and use File=>Delete and then try importing it again.If the save is corrupted again,then mymc can't import saves for that game...if it works,then there is something wrong with the way I import the save or the way you are trying to use the card

There is no 100% save for the PAL version
Game completed, mission select unlocked, All As or Ss except 3 Bs

And just for a test,try the save2 card(I renamed the USA save to the PAL name but I don't know if it works...there are games that just need simple renaming to use different region saves)

I doubt it,not every game allow that but try it...this will happen:
1.The save won't be loaded(it will say that it's damaged or something like that)
2.It will load the save but the game may freeze
3.It will load the save normally and nothing will be wrong

100% Complete, All Characters Maxed Zpoints, All Z items including disc fusion, All stages, All Custom 1s equipped with 7 red Potaras. Enjoy.
