From what I can see... almost no one liked your PCSX2 logo... and ppl wrote it, so what's the problem?...

You could have kept this in one post. This is a forum, people express their opinions. Personally I think it was a little busy and 'pimpish' - if that's even a word :p Don't take critisism too seriously, I made logo's icons and other things for PCSX2 and other emulators and programs as well. Not everyone likes my work, but tough luck to them if they don't.

I have a different philosophy to razor. So long as people like my work I dont really care how much I hate it.

do you wonder why they backfire you?
this logo (???) is bad BUT I admit that they didnt criticise you in a neutral way...
at least they had could give you some tips... criticise is for help not to offend someone ... <_<
first You should inform yourself WHAT a logo is! ...because you dont have any idea what a logo is, so it seems.
in your exampel you made everything wrong o_O'' !!!
a logo is mostly an vector graphic
a good logo is SIMPEL
a good logo has only some (one or two) colors (NO gradient in print)
if someone saw your logo he/she musten't to forget it
generally a logo is only typography (but graphics are allowed)
if you make a logo for PCSX2 use elements of PCSX2 or the overall theme (controler etc...) dont show only one character of a game of it!
good luck for the next try ;)
