Tried everything, but PE2 is still on crack!

I'm running Parasite Eve 2 (my favorite PSX game!) from a disc. I tried what the Help file suggested, and reduced the FPS to 60. When that's still too fast, I put it down to the minimum of 10 FPS. PE2 is still running way too fast. Does anyone have an idea to fix this problem? :hdbash:

That is not enough. You should make sure that FPS limit is checked.

Nah brilliant. Meateater is just one of the gazillion people who thought its enough to specify if they want auto-detect or a certain FPS count. And he forgot to actually check the "Use FPS limit" box. I'm pretty sure the same thing happened to every damn one of us when we first used Pete's stuff. *g*
