i cant get the emulator to work
when i load it it gives me a black screen and hangs my computer it doesnt give me the menu
plz help me

What version of DirectX do you have, and does VGS do this for only a specific game or all of your games?

try uninstalling it.
thats most probably the problem..

Or keep Nero and update it to version 5.5.
If that doesn't help, use VGS 1.4, not 1.41
