Do you mean the best consumer card or the best video card period? There's a big difference (as in a couple thousand dollars' difference).

It all depends on your preferences. Now, the top of the line cards are, currently, GEForce, Radeon, Voodoo 5 (no longer made unfortuneately) and the soon to be released GEForce 3. There is also talk about the new Kyro card being able to hold it's own very well. The best card for value and price consderations, I would say, at this time, the GEForce MX. Hope this helps.
