how to view savestates??

i'd like to view my savestates, cause i got lot of them and i don't remember which is which, they occupy about 500MB, but there're *.pic files which cannot be open in acdsee (i got v7.047). If someone know which program open these files please send me a message or answer this thread. Thanks
