Read or extract memory card image?

Are there any tools that can read or extract the memory card image file that PCSX uses? I've been playing FFVII using PCSX but have just bought it and want to finish it off on the PS2. I've copied save games to my PS2 before over a network so I know how to do that part. I just don't know how to get my saves out of the image file.

Any ideas?

if you want to play it on PS2, you're going to need to convert it to a Dex Drive file, then use a dex drive. there are other methods, but they are more complex and involve you making your own memory card adapter.
