HELP!!! PS2 not working

My ps2 dvd drive doesnt spin any cd/dvd. Is there any 'cures' for it? It's a version 4. No it's not DRE's, it's not the power, it's only the drive that doesn't wants to spin. I've tried replacing my drive with other version 4 dvd drive and still the problem is there. Any help?

the cure is... oh wait, i dont think im allowed to go into detail with that on this board, lets jsut say you dont need the drive to play games on your PS2 ;)

maybe something on MB of your PS2 has happend...
