FOR Example, I know I have to use the -noauto command line switch for Chrno Cross. However, I have no idea what the command line is, except I'm pretty sure it's that black box that pops up occaisonally. I have no idea how to use it or how to input a switch.

the command line is the target of a shortcut. right click on a shortcut and go to properties. mine says: D:\Emulation\epsxe160\ePSXe.exe so if i want to put a command line switch it would say:
and if you have one with spaces, it will have parentheses, i.e. "D:\Emulation crap\epsxe160\ePSXe.exe" so you'll need to put it outside the parentheses like:
"D:\Emulation crap\epsxe160\ePSXe.exe" -noauto

in 1.5.2 you needed to use -cdinc instead of -noauto (if memory serves me correctly)
