How to limit Cd Speed when you use EPsxe?

Hello. EPsxe is a excellent emulator and
an efficient cd toaster. My Cd-reader is a
48X and when i use this emulator, the xa
makes the CD to rotate to the max velocity.
Have you a good solution, a little tsr software
for example, to resolve the problem?

you can set the speed in CD throttle available in the misc downlaod section
