Can't say it for the President but as far as I know finnish people eat mostly pig and cow(I eat mostly chicken but I know that I'm different the majority). Fish is part of the diet but because the damn sea is polluted quite badly its actually advisable to keep fish to once a week or so. But this is getting seriously offtopic.

I think the limits are the same for all, 100x100 for avatar and max 50kb filesize and signature 500x100 and filesize of 19,5kb but the combined filesize can't go over 50kb... I think it was schumi who gave us a lecture about it about dozen pages back...

You just need to make them fit into those limits before uploading them... I think.
