The alignment took me a while, I had to use heavily compressed blue blocks to lay it out, and the text is infact a (heavily) compressed image.

I'm within the size limits. Last.fm playlist: 5KB~ (it refreshes), specs: 2.5KB. Blue blocks 0.3KB.
Just the dimensions of all the images combined.. Please don't remove it, I spent 20 minutes on it.

That sigs just for "demo" only, I never use it in this forum *because some of them broke the sig size rules*. I just want to create it because it's interesting to create something that transparent. And my avatar is not from "that" video it just happens that I watched the anime Kanon(the clips in the youtube video are taken from it) and liked it! And uguu has just been in my head for a while and the girl in my avatar is constantly saying it in Kanon, uguu...
