Project justice download

Now listen, I´ve downloaded Project justice by Edonkey.. but does anybody know how it works? I mean, I have this archive:
Dreamcast - Rival Schools 2 Project Justice - (Us) - Selfboot.zip
... I had some problems during the closing, but finally I get a lot of parts of that archive, after paste them all and unzip them i got this archive:

e-pjust

But there is no extension!!!

so.. I´ve renamed it whit an .exe extension but.. it doesn´t works..
any suggestion?
Help me.. and forgive for my english.. it isn´t my native language :eyemove:

NGEmu doesnt support piracy. Please obtain your games the correct way...that means buying them ;)
