I have Epsxe 1.5.2 and windos xp. I can play FF8 very well but now I have FF9 and when I want to play it the screen becomes black. I have pete's D3D driver 1.75 in video and Iori's Direct souns driver Lite 1.4 (they run ff8 veeeeeery good). I have the ff9 patches and I have make ISOs with CDRWIN but it doesn't work. Help me pleaseeeee
Sorry for my bad english.

try making the ISOs with Alcohol120% or CloneCD so you can get the subchannel data.

Or use a PPF patch if you wanna run it from the CD (epsxe does on-the-fly patching)

Try making your own patches with peops cd-r plugin (http://www.pbernert.com/). Ask if you don't know how. Oh, btw, do them from the real cd's, it doesn't work well if you try to make them from the isos (at least mounted on alcohol virtual drives).
