The game seems to run perfectly (minor graphical glitches), but I can't execute the special moves as constantly as on my dreamcast. I have a USB-adaptor with two dualshock-pads which works very well in every other emulator as well as for PC-games. It feels very responsive.
I don't have any problems in other fighting games like e.g. King of Fighters or SvC Chaos on NeoRageX.

But with "Street Fighter Alpha 3" on Chankast and also "Street Fighter Zero 3" on ePSXe only 20% of my fireball/hurricane-kick/dragon-punch - attempts are successful. On a real Dreamcast and a real Playstation I can execute the moves in 99% of my attempts.

How could I solve that? And please don't answer: just play this game on the real consoles. Because if I could emulate it perfectly I could get rid of my dreamcast with its huge game-controllers (I have a small apartment... ;)).

heh, yeah, those "space shuttles" are as big as the console itself...

anyway, you might have accidentily mapped the d-pad as POV? because it shouldnt be setup that way....

No, no - I've mapped it correctly. And I have the same problem with the playstation-version on epsxe. Maybe the "responsitivity" of my adaptor is fast enough for any game except SFA/Z3 - what a pity! It's no problem to move and use standard attacks in those games - only quick directional combinations like needed for special moves and super combos fail most of the time.
