would anyone know what I have to do to copy a psx game properly?? I want to copy final fantasy anthology and final fantasy chronicles.... please someone help. I have no clue how to burn psx games or what copy protections are used.

Careful how you word things around here. Do you want to make an ISO copy on your HD to play the game on an emulator (perfectly legal)? Or just a backup CD to play on your emulator (I believe backups can't be played on a PSX)? Because if we get into illegal copyright issues, this thread can get closed by an admin, and you could be possibly banned. Please clarify.

Well to clarify, I own a Ps2 and FF9.. and I just wanted to make a backup of my game in case something should happen to my original cds..

then use clonecd and you should be fine. your backups wont boot in your ps2 however.. you will need a modchip or a swap trick for that
