Don't know if there are any good USB ones, actually (unless you don't want dual shock or something). Bobbi was going to review the various adapters back when the shop was up, but, uh...you know how that goes. Maybe with the new one? I don't know.

my rockfire psx/usb adapter is quite good
support analog and vibration
it has drivers for 98/me/2k/xp
bought it for around USD10
dunno where you can get it online
