1964 crashes randomly

I've tried to switch all of the plugins, but nothing helped... is this a known issue or is it just affecting me?
Everything works flawlessly for a few minutes or so, after that the games freeze and i have to restart the emu... I don't even know where to BEGIN to look for the reason, so I hope someone can help...

I know this is HELLA old, but its still relevant - as I was going to post the same thing. And I'm pretty sure its the same version that was out when Carmofin posted.

I've tried picking different plugins, altering the settings everything. And games will just lock up randomly. Sometimes in the first few minutes sometimes never, sometimes 15, 20 whatever..random :p.

Real pain in the butt, as I was always using PJ64, but just began checking out 1964, and it seems much more intuitive, smoother when the games don't crash too.
