My PC : Radeon 9000 128 VRAM, Athlon XP 1800+ @ 2015 GHz, 256 DDRam. OK here are my resoults:
Marvel VS Capcom 2 - 40~44/60 fps during gameplay, some minior graphic errors (the backgrund sprites cover sometimes character sprites when jumping, both are unfiltered), fully playable.
Resident Evil : Code Veronica - 25~33/30 fps during gameplay (when more objects appear on the screen it goes down to 19), some minior graphic errors in the subscreen, ocasionaly crashes makes it unplayable :/.
Sonic Adventure 2 - 19~35/60 fps fps during gameplay, minior graphic errors (some strange texture errors most likely coused by ma old Radeon), unplayable - hangs after compleating 1st stage as Vilains and Heroes.
Soul Calibur - doesn't boot.
Sword Of The Berserk - 25~32/30 fps during gameplay, fully playable.
Please post some of Your resoults :).
EDIT: Sword of the Berserk is unplayable :( (hangs after 1st boss battle)
All games work with full compatible sound.

youd have to rip them to your pc using a coders cable then burn it to cd or use image files, unforunately PC CD-Roms dont read GD-Roms so your stuck there :)
and yes, it only plays copies atm

If I'm not mistaken a GD driver will be released sometime on the near future... http://www.retrogames.com/cgi-bin/wwwthreads/showpost.pl?Board=retrogen&Number=77568&page=0&view=expanded&mode=threaded&sb=7#Post77568 , this driver is supposed to allow the reading of GDs on normal CD/DVD drives...

I've tested it with Marvel vs Capcom 2: http://www.ngemu.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51956
Power Stone 2 runs like a dream with the Updated Gfx one. Its fully playable, but the menus are missing. I reccomend giving this one a shot :D

I've also tested some games. Here they are:
Soul calibur: it boots (new gfx) and played pretty well. Some minor graphic glitch in the char select screen and in-game but no biggie. 20~30 fps.
Street fighter III 3rd Strike: loads of graphic glitch, but played. Will occasionaly hangs and crash (maybe the load of animation is to much). 18~24 fps.
DOA2 LE: Boots but hangs while is Kasumi speaking something (right after the tecmo logo)
CAPCOM VS. SNK 2: must use the capcom hack to work. Superb graphics! about 28~30+ fps. Jolly GOOD!!
Cannon spike: Can't see the menu and character select as well. In game works, but again no life bars visible. slight transparency problem. 16~20 fps.
Last Blade 2: wont boot. No VGA cable support.
Games with no VGA Cable support wont boot at all.
The sound stutter a lot but its OK. it is a first release :)
Will try out some more games later.
This is a very remarkable first release. Keep it up you guys. Can't wait what you got in store in the next public releases!!
The new gfx is faster about 5+fps im my rig.
My Spec: Albatron KT600; AMD 1.7+@1.650; DDR 256; GeForce FX 5200 WinXP pro Sp1. LiteOn CDRW&DVD

Isn't it a good idea to keep this topic a non-picture one and post the pictures in the other topic? Just for speed?
Here are my test results:
Utopia boot cd: Boots, and boots other discs, but it got stuck when loading Soul Calibur (see the picture thread in the DC emu section for screenies)
Skies of Arcadia: Like mentioned, it doesn't run because it doesn't support VGAbox
NesterDC: Doesn't boot
Dreamsnes: Shows first two screens and stays black after that.
Demolition Racer: Boots and runs the menu's but it didn't get into the racing, because it got stuck while loading.
Upcoming tests:
DCHakker -> This is a homebrew loader.

I've read this article as well... I didn't know if it was already included with this release, so I tried a GD-rom.... Well Soul Calibur went flying... So I ejected the disc ASAP.
Even if it will get supported I'm not going to take the risk of getting scratches on my discs. The GD's seem to be very fragile.

Well after hexeditting CDI image and burning it (it won't run mounted in Daemon) I finaly tested:
Soul Calibur - 25~40 fps (a strange increase of fps even up to 60 during replays), graphic errors (on select character screen background, vs screen and ending pictures, sometimes the time counter goes through the head of Your character), fully playable.
