PS2 Development Tools

I'm not sure if this could help the Emulation community, but I have seen PS2 Development Tools posted on some site.
It's probably illegal to link in here, so I'll only hint : It's not in *removed*

Anywho, it would be interesting if them tools could speed up the process of making a workable emulator.

Its already been suggested before and if I remember correctly someone said it wouldn't speed up the development process... infact it would take longer because they'd be handling this as well as the emulator.
