Configure PCSX 0.6

It's the 1st time i write.

Please give me a hand to configure exactly Pcsx2 0.6 on my Pc.
i've: Cpu: Athlon 2600
512 ram
ati 9200 128 MB

Please help me!
Does exist a Walkthrough? a Guide?
