Your graphics card would have to have an S-Video out port. Otherwise, you might be able to find some sort of converter.

If your Radeon does have an s-video out, and your TV has composite in, I can give you step-by-step instructions on how to make an adapter.

Just hook your component output to your TV, go to display settings, and enable component output. Set resolution as high as your TV goes (mine works at 1024x768, but is designed for 832x6something - go figure... still haven't figured out how to let Windows know how to do that...). That should do it...

the svideo plug looks like a mouse port (ps/2). Look if there's a svideo plug behind your videocard and the tv. If yes, go to radioshack and buy a svideo cable. It's not very expensive though. I bought mine like for a few dollars. Once you have the svideo cable just plug it in the tv and ur video card, change some setting and ur done. Good luck

If your TV doesn't have s-video in, it's really easy to make an S-Video to RCA cable (I made one out of an old Sega Genesis AV in :D). Me or Zeke can help you with that if you need. :) Note that this will only work with 4-pin S-Video outputs.
You'll need an unused RCA end, an S-Video cable, scissors, electric tape, and optionally but recommended, super glue. Some manufacturers include S-Video cables in the package (mine did).

yeh that's possible. But the quality is not so good like the svideo.
