I have noticed a very annoying problem with save states. I have only noticed this in Perfect Dark. If I save state during a timed event, the time will become significantly less than it was when I reload the state. I also got onto an elevator once and saved state, when I reload it, I die instantly. Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on!? This is really freaking annoying.
