Do you have the DirectX SDK/debug version installed? I did. Everything was running at literally 1-2fps... wnt to control panel, directx, changed direct3d to use the retail verson and boom.. 125fps :) gotta go test some stuff now, hope this helps some people out.

theres an icon in there, it may only be with the SDK version.

Its like what he said, the SDK should be there for it to appear, although i doubt the SDK is the source of this error, heh :p
